Your position: Registered Veterinary Technician

Any relevant animal experience:
I was working as a Veterinary Assistant starting in February 2014 until I graduated from Red River College with a diploma in Animal Health Technology. I have been working as a technician since then.

Why you work with animals and what you enjoy about working with the vets/animals.
I chose a profession with animals because of course, I have always loved animals growing up but I enjoy being able to help out these animals that aren’t able to help themselves and vocalize what is going on with them.

What your interests are outside of work:
Camping, hiking, spending time with friends and family.

Pet of your own (names, species, breed, age etc.)
I have one dog named Ajax, he’s a 6-year-old lab retriever mix.
